Local authorities, SMEs and social, affordable, public, or co-operative housing providers can now apply again for support after the successful first editions of the Renovation Helpdesk that took place in June 2023 during the International Social Housing Festival in Barcelona and the Affordable Housing Initiative Summit in Paris and online.

Participants had the opportunity to present their district renovation project and to receive tailored support from an attentively selected European expert during a one-hour meeting. The conversations have proven to be insightful and informative, leaving both parties fulfilled and satisfied.

You can now apply for a one-hour consultation with an expert online (at any time) or in Brussels during the European Affordable Housing Consortium Final Event in February 2024.

The deadline to apply is the 15th of October 2023.

Only municipalities, public, social, or cooperative housing owners and/or providers or a small or medium size companies are eligible to receive the support. Applicants must also be resident or have an office in one of the countries of the European Union, Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, and Moldova.
