HTO is an organization working in the area of housing and tenants that is in the process of developing internal capacity on renovation through diverse initiatives, such as the collection of good practices, knowledge sharing and mentoring. Their current focus is on exploring different ways how to take action in Macedonia in the pilot project that they are currently undertaking. The tenants of an 8-storey apartments building are asking for help to HTO (some of them are social apartments and most of them are families in social risk). The HTO team of architects and construction engineers went to visit the place to carry out a first phase of assessment and analysis, but also to talk to tenants to get a more complete overview or their needs.
